Our rates are determined by the size of your home. Fill out our request form and we will send you service options for your home.

How many cleaners can I expect?

Accepted Answer

Depends on a number of factor such as the size of your home and the type of appointment. For a premium deep clean, you may receive a team of 4 cleaners to tackle the most challenging appointments. Recurring appointments with smaller homes may receive 1-2 cleaners. Fill out a request form and talk about your specific needs.

How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?

Recurring monthly and biweekly appointments can be scheduled months in advance to meet your busy schedule. New clients seeking a first time appointment should schedule at least 1-2 weeks in advance.

How will I pay for my cleaning appointment?

Accepted Answer

After your appointment we will send you an online invoice via text message and email. We accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transactions.

Can I leave my cleaner a tip?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may leave your cleaning team a tip when paying your invoice. There will be a designated option to input a tip amount.

What is your satisfaction policy?

Accepted Answer

We strive to make sure all of our clients are 100% satisfied on every appointment. This is why your cleaner will ask you to conduct a walk-through after your appointment to ensure the work is up to your standards. We will remediate any missed items on the walkthrough. Should anything be missed, our policy is for clients to reach out within 24 hours to allow us to remediate a solution. Any requests after 24 hours will not be entitled to any remediation, including re-cleaning, partial, or full refunds.
